So I have a PIR sensor in my bathroom, also a switch outside the bathroom, I want to change this switch to a dimmer (it also has my fan switch cable) . My only thing is will this pir overuse the dimmer switch? I want to have it so I can bring my dimmer to a decent set light then if you go in the bathroom when the pir picks you up it will bring on to the light you set it at with the dimmer?

Is this achievable? I have Live and neutral at the switch, 3 core for the fan, live and switched live for the lights and a 3 core up to the PiR

I would think that providing that the PIR has a relay driving the output rather than directly from a semiconductor device then you should be ok. make sure the L goes PIR then switch then light and the fan is driven by the PIR ouput/switch input and not thru the dimmer though.
