I recently did the 18th edition update course. The only id i had to take was my national insurance number. I could have sent anyone to sit it for me. Seems a bit odd.

The exam centre should have asked to see photo ID to comply with C&G rules if you were doing the C&G exam. That is what we do before candidates sit the exam at a Stroma event. This has caused problems with candidates turning up without the photo ID and having to get other halves to make mad dashes to deliver the required document to the exam location.

about 20 years ago i did the C & G 2380 & 2391.
Never showed any ID, I`d done the courses with them not just the exam.

In fact on the 2380 I asked to go to the loo, allowed and it was just 15 yards from my car, I coulda peeked at my books (I didn`t though, the only person I would be fooling would have been myself - I wanted to know how I compared with my peers)
