2004 Power PN Lecture
On 21 June we were privileged to hear Bill Pews share his view of "Life in a Regulated Environment from a UK Perspective". Bill had made a presentation at the EEA Conference in Christchurch and managed a whistle stop tour of Wellington and Auckland on his way to Perth in Australia. He noted that engineers were adapting to having to engineer electricity networks to the requirements of the commercial, environmental and regulatory constraints that were a reality of today's power supply systems which had to include distributed generation.
