Centrally located in the pedestrianised section of Bromley High Street, served by major bus routes and two rail stations - Bromley North and Bromley South. The library does not have parking facilities but there are several car parks for which a charge is made within easy walking distance. There is a frequent train service to Bromley South station. Retired Members meetings start at 10am for tea and coffee. They are ran by the IET Kent Branch Additionally some evening events are organised at Bromley at the same location.
