Welcome to London Region! We are one of the IET’s busiest, with several meetings taking place most months of the year. In particular we would like to welcome all former members of the IIE to our events, and also to participate in the organization of our activities. London has several Local Networks, which hold regular monthly evening meetings. At these we have a lecture, questions, refreshments and an opportunity to meet others. All are welcome; members, partners, colleagues, guests and anyone else who is interested. Meetings are normally free. Just come along, although we do like you to register in advance, by email with the organiser, so we can plan for refreshments & seating. Last year we held over 50 meetings in all, and attendance is going from strength to strength. At Savoy Place, we now use the main lecture theatre and regularly get attendances of 200 up. In Hammersmith the previous venue proved way too small, and we have now moved to bigger and better facilities in the Novotel. Our Local Sections meet at:
