Past Lectures Organised By The Specialised Section
The pages here list the lectures organised by the committee since its inception, namely in 1988 when the IERE merged with the IEE, and the local IERE committee became the Specialised Section of the Thames Valley.
Initially there were only four lectures in a year, but this has increased to six. The lectures are given per session, which typically lasts from October one year to April or May the next. Some pages list one session, others list two.
As you scan the lists you will see the diversity of lectures we have organised and will continue to do so - but we are always interested in suggestions for lectures.
