About IEE Jordan
IEE Jordan was established in 1987 as one of IEE overseas branches.
Main Aims and Objectives of IEE Jordan
- To promote the advancement of electrical electronic and manufacturing engineering profession in Jordan
- To encourage the exchange of information on electrical science and engineering and their applications
- To maintain a high standard of professional conduct of its members
- To serve the best interest of the local community
Main Activities of IEE Jordan
- Arrangements for lectures, Seminars, Workshops and Conferences by local and international experts
- Strengthening the relationship with other local organizations
- Encouraging students and engineers to join IEE
- To help students to maintain their membership in IEE by paying parts of their fees
- Encouraging the members and other engineers in Jordan to prepare and write scientific papers to IEE International Conferences and other local and international Conferences
- Strengthening the relationship with other local organizations
- Make the necessary arrangement regarding accreditation of the electrical and industrial engineering courses at some of the Jordanian Universities
- Raise the level of the electrical engineering profession
- Providing the IEE members by books and journals that IEE published
- Presenting video films received from IEE related to different subjects in electrical and industrial engineering
